Terms & Conditions – HDWOMXN

Welcome to HDWOMXN. By purchasing our digital products, enrolling in our programs, or engaging in our coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect both you (our epic client) and us (the women behind the scenes building bold, transformational tools).

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale apply to all digital products, online courses, coaching programs, memberships, and other services offered via our platforms.

By purchasing or accessing any HDWOMXN product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from HDWOMXN, you must be at least 16 years old. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products + Services

HDWOMXN offers a variety of self-paced digital products, online trainings, live coaching programs, and downloadable resources. All content is for personal use only. You may not duplicate, share, distribute, or sell any of our materials without written consent.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (Euros) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. However, your price will be locked in at the time of purchase.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. For payment plans (if available), you agree to complete all instalments on time. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to programs until payment is up to date.

We accept secure payments via Stripe or other approved third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.

5. Refund Policy

We believe in the power of our work and trust you’ll love what you’ve signed up for. That said:

Digital Products + Courses
All digital products (including ebooks, challenges, templates, audio files, and self-paced courses) are non-refundable due to their downloadable and instant-access nature. Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

Live Coaching Programs
If you join a live program (such as group coaching or trainings) and aren’t satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@hdwomxn.com to discuss options. After 7 days, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement.

Events, Retreats & Special Offers
These may have specific cancellation or refund policies outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to individual event terms.

6. Access & Delivery

You will receive access to your digital content via email and/or member portal upon successful purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct when purchasing.

Access to programs is for individual use only. Sharing login details or duplicating course materials is a breach of these terms and may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by HDWOMXN or licensed to us. This includes course materials, audio, video, text, workbooks, designs, and trademarks. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for personal purposes only.

You agree not to reproduce, resell, distribute or exploit any content without our written permission.

8. Results Disclaimer - Individual Results May Vary

HDWOMXN offers educational and coaching services designed to support your personal growth, confidence, and life design journey. While we wholeheartedly believe in the power of the tools and strategies we provide, individual results will always vary. We’re here to support, guide and inspire you...but we do not guarantee specific results. This is not a one-size-fits-all magic wand. It’s a framework for transformation, and you’re the one who makes it real. Your outcomes depend on many factors including your commitment, mindset, and effort. Our products and coaching are designed to support your transformation, but ultimately, you are responsible for your growth. By purchasing or participating in our programs, you acknowledge that we are not offering medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Always use your best judgment and seek support from appropriate professionals when needed.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing or subscribing, you consent to us contacting you via email with updates, offers, and content. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. While we do our best to make sure everything is accurate and helpful, we make no guarantees about your results.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. By purchasing from us, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts for any disputes.
